The problem

A regional foundation repair company — a three-person team — handled 40-60 bid requests a month. Every bid took 2-3 days: visit the property, then spend that night writing up line-item pricing, scope language, warranty terms, and a payment schedule. Slow bids lost jobs to faster competitors, and about a third of leads went cold before a bid even landed.

What we built

A bid generation agent that takes the estimator's voice notes and site photos, pulls pricing from the existing rate sheet, and generates a full proposal — scope of work, itemized pricing, warranty language, terms — in the company's exact format. The estimator reviews, tweaks if needed, and sends. Every bid auto-logs to the CRM against its lead.

The result

Estimators are now first in with a proposal on nearly every job. Close rate climbed, and they got their evenings back.

The problem

An irrigation install and service company pulled leads from four channels — website form, Facebook ads, Google LSA, and phone — with no unified system. The office manager copied lead info into a spreadsheet by hand, then followed up when she had time. Speed-to-lead averaged 4+ hours on weekdays and 18+ on weekends. They had no idea which ad source produced booked jobs.

What we built

A unified lead pipeline that captures every lead the moment it arrives, regardless of source, and pushes it into Airtable with source attribution intact. An AI agent qualifies the lead — install vs. service, residential vs. commercial, urgency — texts the prospect within 60 seconds in the company's voice, and books straight onto a technician's calendar. Anything that needs a human is flagged for the office manager with full context.

The result

Every lead gets a reply before a competitor sees it. Clean attribution data let them shift ad spend toward the channels actually producing revenue.
